I create space with my clients authentically and mindfully through movement and breath in the body, work on understanding thought processes, and connection to the outside world. This creates a sense of calm and a wider gaze through which clients can see themselves.

In our work together, we will explore your personality, your emotional tendencies and your values so that you can find balance between acceptance and change, ease and effort. Doing this work for yourself will leave you feeling validated, resilient and more satisfied with life.
