Coaching is a collaborative partnership that focuses on identifying, setting and taking action on goals. In coaching, we work on a variety of things including overall health and well-being, personal, and business goals. During the pre-session we discuss this more and get clear on what you’d like to focus on to begin with coaching.

Therapy generally focuses on problems from your past that are having present consequences. During therapy you will dive deep into past issues that may have caused trauma and process feelings and emotions related to these issues.
Coaching focuses on present awareness with an eye toward the future. In other words, where are you now and where would you like to go? My work as a coach is to support you on your path and keep you focused on the present moment, while working on building your future.
It depends! We will flush that out more in the pre-session as it all depends on what you’d like to work on in coaching. For well-being coach clients it can be anywhere from 12 weeks-3 years. For co-active clients it can be anywhere from 6 weeks on up. In general, a 12 week commitment to coaching is a good place to start.

I work with anyone 18 years of age and up.
There is a certain amount of momentum involved in this work. It is a good rule of thumb to begin working together weekly. From there, we will know when more space might be needed between sessions. It all depends on what we are working on and what your goals are. More about this in our pre-session.
