“I am a calm and compassionate guide for people looking to take action on self discovery, move beyond limiting beliefs, and live with more health, happiness, creativity, vitality, and empowerment.”

I am certified through Anthropedia and the NBHWC.
I received my training and certification from Anthropedia and am certified through St. Louis University College of Public Health & Social Justice and the NBHWC. Additionally, I completed a 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training which deepened my own practice and helps to enrich the coaching experience. Prior to my work as a well-being coach, I worked as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor. Even before that, my full time job was raising my two children, each of which had their own learning and social challenges.
My experience as a Mom…
…led me on a journey that opened my eyes to the importance of being present, mindful, and intentional about how I took care of myself so that I could be the best advocate and model for my kids.
None of it was perfect and I encountered a lot of hard stuff on my journey. There were times I felt stuck and times where I lacked hope. Out of those hard times came resilience and a desire to keep moving forward. Through my own work, I learned the importance of self acceptance and prioritizing my mental health. The natural consequences of this extended far beyond myself and helped me to feel more connected in all my relationships and provided a renewed sense of purpose and meaning in my life.
